There would have been nothing for the 25th anniversary if it wasn't for chris king, the t shirt guy. This city wouldn't have given a shit if there weren't people struting around in bilboards every day throwing it in their face. They had no choice but to tie it into an event that was already scheduled. I know for sure that they donated the procceds from their t-shirts to the ETHS and they were told in January that they had decided not to do anything for the 25th anniversary. The people of Knoxville made this all come about. The city is really good at taking credit when credit is forced upon them.
